Our products are dispatched from multiple warehouses to ensure timely deliveries. In our efforts to minimise shipping durations, we may send packages from various global warehouses. As a result, if your order includes a variety of products, they might be delivered on separate days and in individual packages.

Where Is My Tracking Number?

The tracking number, along with a direct tracking link, will be sent to your email approximately 1-3 business days post-purchase.

Where Are Our Products Created?

Our custom star maps are created in our production hubs in the UK and US for metallic foil prints, and UK, US and AU for our art paper prints.

• $15 extra
• UK: Arrives in 1-2 business days
• US/CA: Arrives in 1-2 business days
• AU/NZ: 2-3 business days (art paper), 5-7 business days (metallic foil)

FAQS

Since your order is dispatched internationally, it has to be cleared through customs. Don't worry—we'll handle it for you. The delivery date provided at checkout accounts for clearance times.

Additional Information

• Orders are processed and delivered Monday-Friday, except for national holidays. Be aware that orders may experience longer processing and delivery times during holidays.
• Orders cannot be delivered to PO boxes, package-forwarding or re-shipper services.
• As your item is custom produced, it may take up to 1-3 days to fulfil your custom star map
• Refunds include the total value of any returned items. Please note that delivery fees are not refundable unless you receive an incorrect or damaged item.
• Be aware that some banks may charge a small transaction fee for orders dispatched internationally.
